Close to Disney.
There are many villas in florida that say they are only 15 to 20 minutes to Disney but are 40, we know to our own disappointment. There is nothing better than getting to Disney early, going back to the Villa at midday for a nice cool dip in the pool and going back in the late after noon for some more fun. Position of Villa.
A south facing Villa is very important as many florida vacation Villas get little or no sun on the Pool & Spa area. There is no point having a villa if you cannot sit in the sun by the Pool. Our villa has the sun on the Pool all day, but the large Lanai allows you to sit in shade if the sun gets to hot with a fan giving a cool breeze.
Privacy .
If you have been before you will know that many villas are built with the pool facing each other, our Villa is has nothing at the back as the photographs show giving you a lot of privacy.
